Real property transactions

We have a real property transactions registration centre in our company. We offer the following scope of services on support of residential property transactions:

- examination of good title of the apartment: who was its owner, which operations were performed with the object, if these operations were lawful, if infants' rights were impaired, the owner's legal competence as of the time of deal execution, possible encumbrances of persons who may claim the ownership after deal execution, if the real property object has been an object of fraudulent operations.

- drawing up sales agreement

- submitting documents for registration

There is bank depositary for deal execution for our clients' convenience and notary public for execution of necessary applications and powers of attorney.
